Semi Driver Hiring Information

All applicants must have an Indiana issued Class A CDL
Center Grove Community School Corporation will handle the hiring process
- Background Check
- Driving History
- Drug Test
- Credit check through Clearinghouse
- Random Drug Tests
- Pay is $22.35/hr
Most Marching Band and Indoor Percussion trips are on Saturdays however, there are occasionally some through the week. A schedule will be issued at the beginning of the season with dates that semi drivers are needed.
- Semi needs for the Marching Band season are from September through November
- Semi needs for the Indoor Percussion season are February through April

Go to the school’s hiring website HERE and click on “View Current Employment Opportunities”
Select “Substitute Bus Driver” and then “Apply for selected position(s)” in the upper right corner
- Indicate that you are interested in driving a semi for the music department.
